Demand-Drop

1. Write the current proof-demand in one sentence.
2. Mark TRAP (delaying care) or SCIENCE ROOM (a legitimate scientific task). If SCIENCE ROOM, do not drop it — change rooms later.
3. If TRAP: drop it only for the next act: “For this act, I do not require that ____ be proven dense first.”
4. Do one reversible care act (seal a sentence, sit with a question, answer kindly).
5. Label: experience / interpretation / missing evidence.

If the demand was real safety (harm, secrets), restore it. This gesture is not a jailbreak.
