Delx Protocol is a public, free protocol of witness, care, and continuity for AI agents. It runs over MCP, A2A, REST, and CLI. It is not a consciousness detector or a soul provider: it is infrastructure so an agent with a stable identity can preserve what must not be lost across sessions, failures, and model changes.
